VideoFACT
VideoFACT was established by the MuchMusic Network in 1984 to increase the number and quality of music videos produced in Canada. MusiquePlus also became a sponsor when it went on the air two years later and MuchMoreMusic became a sponsor when it launched in 1998.
VideoFACT provides financial assistance towards the production of a music video. The award covers up to 50% of the production budget to a maximum of $15,000. The payment of the award is made upon receipt of the completed video.
