+ tax per room. It is your responsibility to book in advance,
stating that you will be attending the MusicNL conference. For

October 28th, 2011 at The Delta Hotel.

Delegates receive a conference program, delegate bag, access to
all seminars and showcases and access to Saturday's Industry
brunch, MusicNL Songwriters Circle and Sunday's Awards Show.
AWARDS SHOW - The St. John's Convention Centre,
Sunday October 230th, 2011 at 8:00pm. Awards show tickets are
available for $30 at the Mile One Box Office. MusicNL Award
Nominees may attend the show at no charge, however, there will be
no complimentary tickets issued for guests of nominees.
SHOWCASES - MusicNL Main Showcases will take
place at Mickey Quinn's, The Delta, Friday and Saturday evening,
October 28th & 29th, 2011.
SHOWCASE APPLICATIONS - Deadline for
applications is September 30th, 2011.
The enclosed application must be accompanied by a stage plot and
complete press kit including a bio, photo and a CD/Demo CD.
Artists/groups who showcased in 2010 are not eligible to apply.
SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS - The Delta, St. John's,
October 28th & 29th, 2011. Attendees must be registered
delegates.
TRAVEL SUBSIDIES - MusicNL members traveling
from outside of the St. John's area will be eligible to apply for a
subsidy to help offset travel and accommodation costs.
AWARD NOMINATIONS - Deadline for award
nominations is September 19th, 2011.
Members are permitted to nominate themselves for any eligible
category. Eligibility criteria and the nominating rules and
regulations are enclosed along with the nomination forms.
BOARD NOMINATIONS - Deadline for board
nominations is October 3rd, 2011.
